When embarking on the path to wellness it is important to understand the differences between Coaching & Counseling. Coaching allows me to support and motivate clients towards reaching their specific goals, whether they be a small daily habit change or a total mind.body.soul overhaul. Change is good. It can also be intimidating, which is why there are three avenues to obtaining services. Clients can remain in whichever stage of the process they are comfortable with. However, one session of each must be completed before transitioning forward.
Beginning your personal journey to exploring your life goals through e-mail communication is a fantastic way to develop rapport & strengthen the coaching relationship. It is also an easy way to brainstorm or discuss a question regarding how to manifest wellness or obtain life satisfaction.

*Must complete before moving to telephonic services in order to prepare for the process and discuss goals..
Once clients are comfortable with the process, advancing to telephonic communication allows for more direct and creative communication about the goals at hand. We will begin to ask the RIGHT questions to look beyond any self limiting mindsets or perceptions and move into the present and build your dream future.
One session =15 minute call.
*Must complete at least one call before transitioning to web services.
As the Path to Wellness continues to develop, clients can utilize face to face coaching via webcam to optimize results. Engaging in 1:1 coaching can help to effectively define the desired vision of wellness & outline the steps to focusing on what we CAN do to strengthen the most important relationships in your life. Starting to promote ones own creative, resourceful nature will automatically increase daily happiness.
One session= 30-50 minute video call.
